Insects are a diverse group of invertebrates that belong to the class Insecta. They include a wide range of species such as ants, bees, butterflies, beetles, and flies. Insects play a crucial role in ecosystems as pollinators, decomposers, and as a food source for other animals. They are found in almost every habitat on Earth and are incredibly diverse in terms of their size, shape, and behavior. **

Insects have a high chance of surviving a fall from a multi-story building due to their small size and low mass. Their small size allows them to reach a terminal velocity that is not lethal upon impact with the ground. Additionally, insects have a hard exoskeleton that can absorb some of the impact force. Some insects, like ants and beetles, are also capable of using their wings to slow their descent and control their landing. Overall, the combination of their small size, low mass, and physical adaptations make it likely for insects to survive a fall from a multi-story building. **

Insects can vary in price depending on the species and quantity being purchased. Some insects, like crickets or mealworms, are relatively inexpensive and commonly used as feed for pets such as reptiles or birds. However, certain rare or exotic insects can be quite expensive due to their scarcity and demand among collectors or enthusiasts. Overall, the cost of insects can range from very affordable to quite pricey, depending on the specific type being considered. **

Yes, insects are animals. Insects belong to the phylum Arthropoda, which is a group of animals that have jointed legs and exoskeletons. They are part of the animal kingdom and are classified as invertebrates, meaning they do not have a backbone. Insects play a crucial role in ecosystems as pollinators, decomposers, and prey for other animals. **

Insects are considered haram (forbidden) in Islam according to the majority of scholars. This is based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad that states, "Two types of dead meat and two types of blood have been made lawful for us: The two dead meats are fish and locust, and the two types of blood are the liver and the spleen." Therefore, insects are generally not permissible to consume in Islam. **

Insects do not have the brain complexity or neural structures necessary for dreaming as we understand it in humans. While insects do have a central nervous system, it is much simpler than that of mammals and lacks the same level of complexity. Therefore, it is unlikely that insects have the capacity to experience dreams in the same way that humans do. **

Insects are not considered kosher according to traditional Jewish dietary laws. The Torah explicitly prohibits the consumption of certain insects, and this prohibition is upheld in Jewish dietary practices. Therefore, insects are not considered kosher and are not permitted to be consumed by those who observe kosher dietary laws. **

While insects do not experience emotions in the same way humans do, they can form social bonds with each other through behaviors like grooming, sharing food, and communicating through pheromones. Some insects, like ants and bees, exhibit complex social structures and cooperation within their colonies. As for the bond between insects and humans, while it may not be emotional in the traditional sense, humans can develop a sense of attachment or appreciation for insects through activities like beekeeping or studying them in their natural habitats. **
